Ms. THAI THI LE HANG - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism: The two major cultural events, the Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2026 and the 6th Cham Ethnic Culture Festival, will contribute to enhancing exchanges with friends both domestically and internationally; spreading the cultural identity of Khanh Hoa; promoting the local image; and attracting tourists. It is expected that the Khanh Hoa Sea Festival will attract between 600,000 to 800,000 local residents and both domestic and international visitors. To ensure the success of these two events, the Provincial People's Committee requires that cultural, sports, tourism, and artistic exchange activities must be distinctive, rich, and diverse, with the participation of many forces and renowned artists; creating many impressive tourism products; contributing to the socio-economic growth index of the province.
